What were some ideas, characters, or episodes that were planned to happen, but for one reason or another, were scrapped?

I mentioned this in the other thread, but there are these 3 cool villain chicks who were originally planned for BH6 but were scrapped. They looked cool:

fortunately their designs live on even if they didn't make it into the movie.
