R.I.P. James Garner

James Garner, television/film actor best known for his roles as the titular characters in the hit shows Maverick and The Rockford Files, as well as roles in films such as The Great Escape and The Notebook, was found dead this morning. He was 86. Cause of death is unknown at this time.

Man. Bummer.

Go watch 'Support Your Local Sheriff', everyone. Good, fun movie-----Garner at his finest. (Hell, Jack Elam, Harry North and Walter Brennan at their finest, too. Basically a comedic retake on 'Rio Bravo'. Good stuff.)
