ZG: The FoS on you is easily the weakest of the three, and I deliberated not putting it up there at all. I understand the frustration element of things (heck, I did it myself when I was under the gun), and so I know it happens. Simply, I was tired of refreshing the damn page and finding out that there was a 25th, 26th, and 27th page that I had to go through... For now, just consider this for now some friendly advice for the future.

The answer to your question is; as townies we should be seeking out Mafia. If we seek them out single-mindedly, then we save each other. But the Mafia (maybe even slasher) will go ahead and vote off a townie and encourage you all to do the same. As Wy says, you're all bound to make mistakes.

I would love nothing more than to seek out the mafia; however, it's day 1, and we have way too little to go off of to make a well informed vote in that direction. Today, I'll be willing to cut our losses and make a safe vote, which via my previous reasoning would be you.

I have my reasons for acting this way. Sorry for disturbing you with my strangeness, Rayman!!! Unfortunately, you're not privy to them.

Haha, I was actually glad you posted that - I was meaning on clarifying myself anyway, but got caught up in other distractions. So, no, it's a good thing you said that, because I was going to go back to that point eventually.

You are silly, Rayman!!! To make an uninformed vote is to needlessly HELP the Mafia. I know this from when I saw through Daos targetting Chunky. It's so easy to be misled... and to be tricked into voting off a Townie. It's so important to understand WHY someone is voting off another. If you completely understand this, you can verify it yourself and then be certain that you're trying to do the right thing.

It has always been my intention to seek out the subtlties that lay the tracks to Mafia. I like the investigative side that this game has... but I also have NO doubts about being here for Day 2. I believe I played too well last round since I have heard little else but how wonderful I was... and since everyone has to think that my defensiveness is guilt rather than frustration at being remembered for the last game instead of allowing me to find myself in this game, well... go ahead and vote.

To target one member now and fabricate things to get the votes is cool, though. It's what I imagine that I would do if I were Mafia.

I understand things I cannot or will not explain... I'm not upset if you vote for me.

I admit it, Hottie, you're convincing... and the grinnies are hypnotically cute... but it appears that my suspicions were correct. The problem with me is I am, in this game... I fail in standing up for myself... but now that others see things through my eyes, I will support them.

I KNEW your grinnies were there to distract and hypnotize us... and I KNEW you were acting strangely defensive. But since nobody spoke up with me at the time, I was afraid of being singled out and didn't really force the matter-- that is another weakness of mine.

But NO MORE. I've learned from today that I should trust my instincts; not only that, but there will almost ALWAYS be someone on your side if you speak out. I will no longer be silenced... I love you, Hottie, but it has to be done.

I'm really getting lost here. This is all I got from all of your arguing:

Hottie and Blake are being suspected, with hottie being voted on. Why I'm entirely not sure. TML's first post during this mass of argument helped a bit, but I'm still not sure wether or not to vote for anyone.

But Blake's sudden vote tripped a few alarms in my mind. Why? He just voted and left...
I an still suspicious of Marilink, but I can't imagine Blake's sudden actions being justifiable.

I'm not willing to vote Hottie yet. I don't know, I just don't feel comfortable with my OTHER suspicions. I mean, a part of me understands where she's coming from - she and I were unfairly branded at the beginning because of our work last game. That doesn't absolve either one of us, not by a long shot, but still, I feel like people are going off and not giving her a chance solely based on that fact; I for one still find other people more suspicious.
