Okay, I know you guys are gonna hate me for this, but it must be said: I'm only around 45% done with the 3rd annual VGF telethon. Paintshop Pro is more complicated than it looks, ya?

The best picture program thing for me would simply be Paint with fade and degree-rotation effects. Eh well.
