First off, the PC version has no multi, so you're wrong there. Second, the Garage Editor is old school, the Admin Console is much better. The problem with the PC Version is compatibility. If you get lucky, your computer will handle it just fine. That's about a 1:1000 chance though. Modding can get extremely complicated, and it can mess up your game. You'd be better off buying the PS2 version, since your game is less likely to get unplayable(unless you get even one scratch on it). Take care of your PS2 GTA 3, and save that extra $50.
