Which part of the city do you spend most time in?

What the...heh... Shoreside is the sweetest...I'm addicted to the slower gameplay mode though, it gives everything that 'replay' feel...it's pretty cool to drive a banshee backwards up the cochrane dam wall and when you hit the top launch your car into a frontflip back down towards the ground (So far that only works with a Banshee, a Taxi, and a Patriot).But I also like changing into the CIA Agent(the guy with all black attire and bluish hair), stealing a Patriot, and picking on one guy that I find by acting like I'm on a Vigilante Mission.
NOTE: It takes FOREVER to change into the CIA guy(with the change outfit code), and it takes almost forever to change back into 'Fido'.

True, but there are just the right amount of Cartel shooting at you with the right gun to make you speed up and be dangerous naturally while not really worrying about suddenly blowing up(St. Marks).
