One of my all-time favorite characters from all of anime if only out of nostalgia. I found this awesome pin collectors thing of him at a store near me. I couldn't believe it.In my opinion, it's definitely Hajime Saito from Rurouni Kenshin.
Plenty of badasses in Naruto, Orochimaru and Sasuke are downright awesome. ^_^
