Um, Hannah would come out of my head.

If something chaotic came out of my head, it would be a giant Hannah around "that time of the month."

Um..A Hyperflight vespa(this IS what Haruko drives. Just read the manga), a new computer, a chickin, a GIR robot, Vash's gun, Knive's gun, Vash's coat/suit, and my own Stand(read JoJo's Bizzare Adventure, or ask LVK) with the power capable of moving himself and me at speeds exceeding Mach 5.
