LOL. If you look in the cartoon characters section in the Land, Sea, and Air section, in Emerald City, right above Elektra and next to Johnny Bravo if you move up 1 strip, move your mouse over the guy standing there, it says "No idea who this is..."
This guy's got way too much time on his hands. I don't even know 99% of the things pictured.
