I'm just good with Link. In the original I used him because he had a sword and swords are cool. In Melee I use him because I was most familiar with him after using him in the original. Had to get used to his forward smash but, that didn't take to long... And his arrows I'm actually really good with them right now knowing how they travel as hold it down for shorter or longer periods of time. And I've been practicing with gripping on the edge of the cours with the hookshot.

Heck yeah I do, hence him being my second fav. character. Plus it's hilarious to cream everyone with metal pichu (he's unstoppable)

Yeah it's weird how regular Pichu can either be incredible pathetic or incredibly powerful, and Metal Pichu is like one of the most powerful forces in the game.

Luigi because after getting over his fruity nature in SSBM, I noticed the surprising strength in his attacks. I also like his "overlooked unappreciated second guy" status.

I began with Pikachu because I found his upwards smash is particularly good at KOing heavyweights easily, without first giving them really high damage. Especially Falcon. I hate Falcon. Pika executes his attacks so much faster than that SOB, too.

Ice Climbers because they're annoying, strong and can use 2 items at once.

Ganondorf because he's a badass evil dude and really powerful.

I'm good with Luigi because he's my favorite gaming character of all time. He can also jump higher than Mario, and I like to attack from above. We have similar personalities and I suppose I just connect with the character.

Er, I forgot, I use Falco alot too because h e has good Smash attacks and good jumps.

I'm good with Lugi because of his jumps. Jump in, kick, jump out. He is sort of... wierd though with his karate chops and that gay hand movement thing...

Used to be a Sheik player...I was nigh impossible to KO. I was the second place master.

Now my main is good ole' Ganondorf. Bad-ass, evil, easy to abuse his moves. If people think I play cheap, think about this: How else would you play a villian?

Bowser I just love. He may not be fast, but his run is actually faster than Mario, and his strength is nothing to joke about. Easily kicked a Young Link player's ass to Kingdom Come. Then again, he mostly sucked. Koopa Claw can be fairly broken.

Pichu just plain rules. Much better than Pikachu, he seems more like the first SSB Pikachu(given the few different moves, and no hurting himself). Plus, he owns any giant character. Metal Pichu isn't that bad either(I prefer him normal, since he has better recovery)

Young Link is too much fun. Yeah, he's great to play with. Not as strong as Link, but then again, speed is very important too.

BTW, I can't stand DK. I agree that his range is much better, and his speed too, but his playing style just doesn't beat his SSB version.
