Oh, and having to use precise grinding skills for the last stages of Sonic and Shadow was a million times better?

There were PLENTY of planes on the last levels of Sonic Heroes. You just pass by quickly and want to try to prove your point.

Regardless, I don't remember all this grinding from Sonic Heroes that you're talking about. I know you do it in almost every level, but what's the big deal? At least I'm not having to look for three stupid emerald shards, one piece at a time, of course. All over a fricken huge course that takes forever for someone to get somewhere.
That one I'll have to agree with. And thank God I'm not forced to go around in some bulky machine walker thing, only to slow down the pace to make the game seem longer. The thing about it is, I did'nt mind Gamma's levels in SA, because there was still a sense of speed because you were timed. Tails and Eggman's levels in SA2 take forever. FOREVER to finish.
Really, you have to elaborate on that better, because not only Sonic Heroes had a crapload of grinding, (which is one of the complaints you had about SA2) it was also much weaker system than SA2, not allowing you to go quickly as you're forced to mash the b button.Oh, and having to use precise grinding skills for the last stages of Sonic and Shadow was a million times better?
