What a random mess of a list they made... The only coherent placements are the first and last.

Personally, I'd put S&V at the bottom despite not playing it (I've seen quite enough) and G&S at the top (the remakes might be technically superior but the classics have more charm).

I really despised Gold/Silver. I hated the time mechanic. I was in college-----------I had limited time to play, I didn't want to get corraled into this or that time. And pish off if you think I was going to change the internal clock.

^Didn't later games add seasons into the mix too? Or did those just advance with the story?

I don't know. RBY is the only other game in the franchise I played extensively.
