One-handed. I used to bowl in a youth-league (have my own ball, but not my own shoes) (mom's got her own shoes---------she's a psycho, man). I'm super out of practice.

I'm a semi-decent bowler. If I play 3 games, I'll score over 100 on at least 1 of them. It's fun, too.
