Binge watched all eleven episodes of Lucy, the Daughter of the Devil yesterday. It's about the same as I remember it being. Made me laugh a few times. 4/5.

I watched a Youtube video explaining that as something becomes cheaper to obtain, everyone starts taking it for granted and the item loses its extravagance. How depressing.

Man. New SU promos are dropping left and right. July 18th can't get here fast enough.
They're going to introduce a new Crystal Gem. Seems to be the huge one with the rainbow dreads we see poofing Lapis in 'Same Old World'. I like her design and personality (well, such as one can glean from a one-minute clip, anyway)----------she's really different.
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers episode #1.60 "An Oyster Stew"
It's a pretty good episode, but it doesn't at all feel like a season finale; they should've swapped it with the one before, which would've made a great season finale. Zack finally wins over Angela, so of course this is the last time we ever see or hear about Angela. As much as I like MMPR over later PR iterations on design, characters, zords, et cet, it's clear that Saban was really flying by the seat of their pants with things on the production end.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

I'm not sure they did since Kid Trunks IS Future Trunks and his hair is normal...I'm not sure what they're up to but it seems like a conscious decision...I'm hoping it is explained.

Oh, and yeah, that is one hell of a preview, I need episode 52.

Achievement Hunter Let's Play Minecraft Episode 216: Triathlon

...extraordinarily funny. Like, it was great just to start with (I like seeing these goons bouncing off each other as a matter of course), but then people started cheating their asses off using mod powers, and then at the very end Lil J got his own back, kasploding Gavin's house six ways from Sunday. Boy, I could wish there was network TV made me laugh myself stupid as consistently as AH does.

Dragon Ball Super Episode 52.

Nice episode. It made me actually feel bad for poor Trunks, I never cared all that much about his plight before but they give him some good scenes.

I also just watched DBS 52. So many feelings. 9/10. Almost everything I could ever want in an episode.

Felt need to watch 'It's a Wonderful Life' for some reason out of the clear blue sky. You know, it may be my favourite movie in the world.

I cry about a hundred times every time I watch it (you know, people accuse Chaplin of being excessively heart-wringing and sentimental, but clearly Frank Capra was the true satanic adversary all along)--------two scenes that hit me hardest are little George and Old Man Gower's second scene, like, after George refuses to make his delivery; and the scene where grown-up George, terrified, hugs his one kid fiercely, and the kid puts tinsel on George's head.

...George Bailey is in my top three favourite fictional characters, next to Luke Skywalker and Steven Universe. Good old George.

Watched all 8 episodes of Stranger Things. It's probably my favorite show. People are calling it a mix of Spielberg and Steven King. I can see nods to both. It just felt like the show didn't do anything wrong, and it wasn't too predictable. It was very well-acted too, which is great. 5/5. Would definitely recommend.

Man. Speaking of SU...

...like, even if I hated the show, I might just find myself tuning in sometimes anyway, if only just for the songs. They pulled out all the stops for tonight's ep, dude. Holy cow.

Man. Tell you one of my least favourite fictional characters, is Zuzu Bailey. What an annoying chirpy little twit. Ugh.

Having to hear her say 'every time a bell rings an angel gets his wings' in that dumb little voice of hers is the only negative aspect of the film's ending. I keep hoping that, just once, instead of saying 'that's right--that's right! Attaboy Clarence!', George Bailey will respond by setting Zuzu down gently on his knee and then snapping her in half like a twin pop.

Hasn't happened yet, and I'm starting to get discouraged, here.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #2.26 "Zedd Waves"
A fun-to-watch monster, an interesting fight scene, actual stakes because the Rangers actually straight-up LOSE halfway through the episode & only survive thanks to actual continuity, this episode has everything....except zords, & half the cast. Jason, Zack, & Trini's actors quit the show several weeks ago, & this particular attempt to write around them is just painful (some of the last few episodes were decent at it). Thank goodness the next episode will finally resolve that problem.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

SU---------ep. "Monster Reunion"

...man. You know, Steven was really sweet in it (more or less confirming place on 'boos fav charctr' list), but it was a rough, kind of awful episode. It wasn't nice. I mean, SU doesn't have always to be nice (for every "Lion 3", there's bound to be a "Keeping it Together"), and, well, it's a good thing it hasn't.

Watched some Disney TV with River and Maxy. 'Doc McStuffins' and 'Elena of Avalor' are alright, but 'Lion Guard' sucks, and 'Mickey Mouse Clubhouse' is garbage as a matter of course.

Eager for the kids to graduate to 'Adventure Time' and 'Phineas and Ferb' and suchlike. They're on the borderline, man. Like, they like ponies, they gotta be close.
