I think they took Piccolo too far. He's been neutered completely. Or if Namekians had testicles then he would be...you know what I mean.

Cool episode though, some cute and funny parts.

Yeah, the way they animated Piccolo, like what, is he a dog now? How he's fallen. I liked him more when he was the "cold but caring" type. I know they're just giving more character development and I guess it's only natural for Piccolo since he's been going further this way a while, but there has to come a point where they stop and maintain his badassery.

He's badass and cold but caring when it comes to Gohan. He's grumpy protective tsundere dad 1000%, still is.

However, a tiny bundle of adorable pure-hearted happiness that loves him because he played with her (when no one was watching) ((mister Had A Reputation To Maintain))?? Who probably reminds him of baby Gohan who was the first person to see him as a friend and not a monster??? A tiny bundle of joy that Gohan loves and trusts him to look after???? I can't think of anything he would want to care for and protect more fiercely. I'm so happy holy **** Grandpa Piccolo is so important to me

I think the thing that bothers me about how Piccolo is drawn in Super is how his brows don't protrude as much, so instead of looking even vaguely alien in his facial features he now just looks exactly like a dude painted green.
