yeah not really even canon but a lot of Jojo fans picked up Speedwagon as having a bit of a thing for Jonathan
but anyway, get to Battle Tendency. It's a lot better than Phantom Blood which has that "late 80's action manga" feel. Joseph is a fun character, the Pillar Men are pretty neat, and "Your next line is" never gets old
[EDIT: Incidentally, would King Louie be considered a villain? I'm interested in your opinions, other VGF guys. Like, clearly he's placed in a bit of an antagonistic role to Baloo and Bags. Bagheera refers to him as a scoundrel. But, like, the only kind-of-bad thing we see him do is send his monkey homies to abscond with Mowgs and bring him to the aforementioned awesome monkey dance party. Is that so wrong, guy.

also speedwagon was probably gay for jonathan as well
I can kinda see that actually now that you mention it--I don't see people usually starting an entire foundation to support one family through the generations unless they really cared

Finished it last night. Joseph really is a fun character. The Pillar Men... they made me laugh but also pissed me off.
Part of the way into Stardust Crusaders now. Why do I feel like this series has more lulz than any of the others I've watched? I mean it has plenty of action scenes but then again I guess the pacing is different.

Stardust Crusaders manga is extremely silly, I think even the anime doesn't pick up on most of it until the second half.
by the way, if you get caught up with the episodes out right now and watch the next two this Friday and next, you MAY be able to get away with watching the OVA. There was an animated adaptation made back in the 90's that is pretty crap in terms of adaptations, but the last few episodes, aside from some changes, do capture the manga fairly well. Still, watch the episodes when they come out, but after the next two D'Arby episodes, you can do with I believe it's the last three episodes of the initial run of the OVA with Vanilla Ice and Dio.

Future Diary's Season 1: Episode 7, "Answering Machine," is really good but it disgusted me how they censored it when
Yuno stabbed the kid to death. I know it's some retarded taboo but I don't care, I wanna see the knife in his gut as the creator intended.
...
Turns out Hinata, Mao, and Aru are all gay. Episode 9 sure became LGBT genre fast.

Aaand episode 22 has the holy grail of my worries since episode 9, the gay kiss. At least it wasn't a surprise.
Man, I just binged the majority of this season. I feel horrible.

Man. I haven't seen a new 'Gravity Falls' since "Soos and the Real Girl", so I started rewatching Season 2 from the start, just to kind of get myself back up to speed, and you know, I think "Sock Opera" might be my favourite episode of the series so far. It's really, really funny, and messed up. I was drunk the first time I watched it, so I kind of didn't get the full effect back then.
