New sitcom on Yahoo from Paul Feig. Spaceship crew of mostly rookies gets trapped in alternate universe. *coughSpaceCasescough* Joel Hodgson & Trace Beaulieu have supporting roles.

I kinda accidentally found myself watching the pilot just now (I thought I was clicking to read an article about the show), & it's pretty good. Anybody else seen it yet?

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

It's so unbelievably hard to get me to watch sitcoms I'm not even gonna lie...
I believe in second chances, and that's why I believe in you.

It's literally adult-themed Space Cases with Joel & Crow added in.....so it's great.

And remember, "I'm-a CROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW!"

Huge YouTube addict here. Keep seeing Joel Hodgson in the ads. Didn't really know Trace was involved.

Kind of a coup for them, innit, getting classic MST3K guys embroiled in their project. Weirdly impressed they didn't mention MST3K in the advertising, incidentally. Like, they so easily could have...and I believe it would have worked, homey.
...I'm really glad MST3K is still a thing in the zeitgeist. It's one of my favourites.

Glad Trace Beaulieu still has stuff going outside of Cinematic Titanic and all. I know Joel Hodgson has other biz (plays Mayor Dewey on 'Steven Universe'), but, you know, even if he hadn't, CT is still a pretty rad endeavour. Anything keeps the wolves away from your door....

^I saw CT live 3 times. :) Trace has some indie projects too.
Joel & Trace both worked on Freaks & Geeks back in the day, and this show is made by the same dude; that's probably how they got involved.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

I've actually never seen it. Basically everyone who has says it was, though, & pretty much the entire cast has gone on to fame & fortune since then.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

I'm a fan. Wish it had aired longer though. It cracks me up.

I will check it out, considering the MST3K guys are on the cast.
