Just started Steven Universe. It just feels nice to watch. Like, it's clever and cute and good etc etc but the appeal for me is just that it makes you feel nice when you watch it

Masa has informed me I need to get back into One Piece, so that's next on the list.

caught up on the latest Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders episodes. already know from the manga that this is going to have a very dark end but...
like, come on. so far we've had Iggy the boston terrier that loves coffee-flavored gum and letting gas loose in the faces of people, we had the Oingo Boingo brothers (complete with their own ending theme) whose powers were Oingo changing his appearance height and smell and Boingo who has a manga that predicts the future, and recently the anime got into Mariah whose stand made people magnetic which ended up with Avdol and Joseph being put into many an embarrassing moment including a rather homoerotic position in front of a bunch of bystanders

now we have the stand that makes people regress in age, and it's going to turn out not that great of an ability, and then soon is a stand that basically turns into a video game challenge. granted after that it gets to the final part of Stardust Crusaders and well I'll have my avatar changed at that point
Man I haven't watched anime in a while. The last series I stopped halfway was Gun Sword. I also need to finish Desert Punk.

That show is finished? I thought it was still going. I saw two episodes in NYC Comic Con. My friend lugged me to a viewing to get me into the show. I do actually want to see it.

Well as far as I know there is only 24 episodes. I wouldn't be surprised if that was just the first season or series and they've brought it back.

Rewatching Spectacular Spider-Man. This time on Blu-ray. Still one of my favorite superhero/Marvel/all time cartoons.

Watched some of the English dub of Attack on Titan. Gotta say, this is the first time I actually prefer sub to dub. It isn't bad by any means but still, nothing matches the original tone the Japanese actors have.

Boy. SU.

You know, the more I watch, the more Garnet becomes favourite character. Of anything ever.

I love Garnet. I also love Lapis. I also love EVERYONE LITERALLY EVERYONE

Although the most recent thing I've watched has been more Naruto. Shippuden kills off everyone. I cried :{(

Oh my god. Garnet is so awesome in 'Jailbreak'. So is Lapis. Ahhhhhh. SU might just be my favourite show ever just now. We'll see.

I shouldn't be so amazed to find such unbelievably good writing in an eleven-minute cartoon. Not now AT and RS have been on the air for literal years, here. (To say nothin of them old Adult Swim shows.)

[EDIT: 'Oh, Steven. We already love you.' Beautiful line, beautifully delivered. Gods below.

Just watched a new-ish AT----'The Cooler'.

You know, I like Princess Bubblegum. She's probably my favourite AT character. She's kind of an assh*le. She does real grey-area things. It's refreshing to see that kind of thing in a children's cartoon-----a female character with some moral complexity. Vaguely good, in the cosmic sense, but also kind of ruthless and manipulative and sneaky and agenda-driven. I really like her.

Steven Universe is just such an all-around wonderful show. I didn't realize there were new episodes for Gravity Falls. I watched it a few years ago and loved it; is it worth jumping back into?
