Watching Toonami now. Val wishes he had the time/attention span to watch more anime. One Piece and Gurren Lagann are amazing.

New ep of 'Bee and Puppycat' went up a couple hours back. It was really cute.

Also Rooster Teeth released the first episode of 'X-Ray and Vav'. It's...pretty good. Nothing spectacular. Like, the animation is good, but the writing leaves something to be desired (surprising-----writing is generally RT's strongest suit). Maybe it just needs to hit its stride yet.

It's for a pretty niche audience, it's mostly self-referential humor and in-jokes that only fans of Achievement Hunter will get. It's not bad considering the entire concept for the show started as an offhand joke Ray and Gavin made in a minute-long achievement guide video.

Someone recently recommended Strange Hill High to Val.

It can be pretty funny at times.

'Scooby-Doo' was on when I woke up.

Boy. You know, I don't like 'Scooby-Doo' as a rule. I don't like Shaggy or Fred or Daphne or the dog or that other f*ckin dog.

But Velma...you know, Velma I like. She's nice, and button-cute. Like, credit where credit is due------they got Velma right.

Had a nostalgic moment and watched some old school Speed Racer.

Watching 'Bee and Puppycat'.

I think I like the character redesign for the show proper better than the pilot version. Chubby snuggly Bee is cuter than original.

Tried something called "Parasyte." Strange anime, even by anime standards. It won't top them all but it's certainly up there. It's interesting enough but I don't feel compelled to watch more; I finished Episode 2 and called it a day on anime.

I was surprised that Parasyte got an adaptation as an anime at all. I am glad it did though.

^ Yeah, it doesn't seem like the type to get an anime. I wish I could find it dubbed, though.

Impossible. It is still being aired on a weekly basis. You would have to wait a while, probably a year. And, someone would have to license it for dubbing. It does not look like anyone has picked it up. Usually, this is decided early on, so chances are that you will not see a dub of it any time soon.

Oh really? That's unfortunate. I generally can't stand subs so I don't start them. Now that I have though and there's no point waiting for a dub then I'll probably have to finish it like this.

Migi is a cool character. It's super weird but cool.

You can just read the manga version. It has long since been completed and it can be found in English.

Yeah, I also try not to read manga when there's an anime version available (dub or sub). I'm only reading Attack on Titan because the second season has been taking forever.

If I run out of Parasyte episodes I'll probably resort to it, though.

I'm going to be picking up Deadman Wonderland's manga since there will almost certainly never be a second season for its anime. You should check it out, Kil. It's really good, kinda reminds me of Parasyte/Speed Grapher.

Last cartoon I watched was episode 38 of Steven Universe and the last anime I watched was episode 4 of Figure 17.
