VH1 is the television form of cancer

#1

Post by Super Shy Guy » Wed Jun 30, 2004 1:05 pm

VH1 used to be an alright channel where you could watch some music videos every once and a while and maybe find out some information about music and bands and crap. Pop-up Video kicked ass. Now, they spew out hollywood diarrea that E! wouldn't even touch. Of course, I'm talking about the worst show ever, which is ironically called "best week ever." Join VH1's troupe of the lamest, unfunniest comedians you've ever seen as they talk about the week's events regarding retarded celebrities.

Don't like? Then go with the SAME unfunny, washed up comedians as they journey as far back in time as [1]6 years ago[/i] in their latest travesty "I love the 90's," in case you didn't remember what happened 10 years ago. But they also need to get a headstart on "I love the 2000's"! Maybe we'll get this gem by the end of the year. I mean, I loe the 60's and 70's was cool because a lot of people don't really remember the stuff from back then. They even talked about Hong Kong Phooey back then. I Love the 80's was seriously pushing it, and now we have this I Love The 90's crap, because we all know how awesome the 90's were.

The people they get to do the commentaries on these shows are probably some of the lamest, unfunniest people I've ever seen. I want to invent a way to punch people through the television just to distribute my own form of Carter Justice.

Want to see some music videos? Nope, hardly any here! Be sure to watch the few we actually play at 7:00 AM.

If VH1 were a person I'd strangle him.

So if VH-1 is cancer, then MTV is AIDS.

At least Best Week Ever isn't nearly as unfunny as Celebrities Exposed or whatever the hell that lame-ass paparazzi show is on E. The writers for it are about on the same level as greeting card writers.

I actually enjoyed the "I love the __'s" series. Pretty funny most of the time.

I'm almost looking forward to "I love the 90's" because Jason Mewes and Kevin Smith (aka Jay and Silent Bob) are commentators.

They're bringing up the 90s because they want us to forget the BS they show these days. Like this show.

I'm looking forward to "I Love the 90s." I found "70s" and "80s" entertaining, and I think I'll enjoy a show about a time period all of which I lived through.

"Best Week Ever" sucks though.

VH1 is even worse than MTV, and MTV is horrible.

And there used to be a way to stick it to The Man. It was called rock n' roll. But guess what? Oh no. The Man ruined that too with a little thing called MTV!

Music Television? Please about 3% of what they play is music, and it's the lame crap they created, like this "Pop Rap", I hate it all, **** 50 and JA, **** em all!!!

Oops sorry,
I actually LIKE BWE, and I lovethe 70's, I hated the 80's which is why I didn't watch that. I may watch the 90's though.

I actually liked the 40 Greatest RTV moments

I'm allways watching BET, CBS, FOX, or AS, if I ever have time to watch TV between, my daughter, work, and my girlfriend
