I can't say I liked the drama of Friends, although I did at least appreciate that the show's not returning to it's original state at the end of each episode did help avoid the formulaic plot: One or more of the main characters gets some weird idea going on ("I don't know, Kramer, this sounds like another one of your crazy plans...") then has it blow up in his face. Brilliant stuff!
But as poor as the drama was, it wasn't what made the show for me (or other people). It was just a very funny show. Even if it did take it's characters more seriously than it should have.

Oh boo hoo, now they cant make clever wisecracks every night on my TV, and all their Characters are moving apart. Well... no new wisecracks atleast. There will be re-runs of it on until we all die from an overdose of predictable flat humor. I say good riddance to all of them, and its a pity that a small nuclear explosion didnt clean them all out.
