I cannot find any results from googling, so I'm really wondering if there is any anime that we have never gotten here in any form? there are plenty of games that never make it so that's why I'm wondering if it's the same with anime

Honestly, if all an anime ever gets is a fansub that's pretty much the same thing, isn't it? It's never officially released in the US and you're just finding some backhanded way of obtaining it anyway.
I believe in second chances, and that's why I believe in you.

Do people do fan DUBS for anime? I used to know youtube channels where people did voices for video games that had none, namely Final Fantasy games. It struck me wondering if people did that for anime.

^I remember there was a project to fan-dub Yugioh (LittleKuriboh was cast as Grandpa), & they actually finished & released the first episode, but I think it sorta fizzled out after that.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

Only one that springs to mind is 'Phoenix'. Kind of surprising, actually, considering it's based on what might be considered Osamu Tezuka's magnum opus. (Any of you dudes or dudettes ever read any of the 'Phoenix' manga? It's so good.)

Fansubber groups and (increasingly) CrunchyRoll take care of most shows nowadays.

I can't seem to find more than the first 2 episodes of Kochira Katsushikaku Kameari Kouenmae Hashutsujo anywhere

So I guess that could fall under this catagory :kirby:
