That's impossible, people don't get older when they age. I asked Keanu Reeves and he's never heard of it.

My philosophy has always been that old and young are but states of mind.

finally finished mummy, and I've got to say from what I've seen this film has probably the most messed up logic so far, I could list a ton of things but it's all painfully obvious when your watching the film

regardless, I still quite enjoyed this one, and if I hadn't remembered whodunnit from the start, I would say that it is a really great twist.

triple A is also one of my favorite side characters[DOUBLEPOST=1404414654,1404413900][/DOUBLEPOST]and thus was the last of the scooby doo films to be released on vhs

just felt like mentioning that

also on that note, 5 more movies till I get to the first scooby film I haven't seen before

I'll be starting Scooby-Doo! Pirates Ahoy! soon most likely

But what if someone having an identity crisis and a lack of self-confidence is who you are right now, and you're already doing it? Suck on that, Seuss.

I was really looking forward to watching pirates ahoy, and it was actually a pretty fun one. The voice acting for some of the side characters was pretty terrible, and whenever there was an outside shot of the ship it always looked a bit awkward, but besides that it was all good. Especially the ending omg, I laughed so hard as shaggy said he didn't want to do exactly what they do in the next movie

on that, now it's on to Chill Out Scooby-Doo! I didn't like this one as a kid, I wonder how I'll feel about it now

I liked how this one took them to a world full of monsters, actual monsters. it was really fun seeing the gang in the world. and it was nice to have a movie that was mostly just shaggy and scooby again

now it's time for Scooby-Doo! and the Samurai Sword

finally watched the rest of samurai sword, at first I didn't like how they unmasked the initial villain only halfway through the movie with barely any character development, but that is actually where the movie starts getting really good, first it is made up for when they meet the sushi samurai, I cannot believe shaggy and scooby do not like sushi, but that sushi guy is really awesome and shaggy and scooby's journey to become samurai is really quite entertaining, and everything following was pretty good.

7.5/10 is thanous's rating of it

now on to scooby doo the mystery begins, I've been excited to see this again

I didn't expect this film to be good, I saw it when it first came out but I didn't really rememebr anything from it. Got what I expected, so thus I didn't hate it. and--
stamps was the culprits motive, really??
I did like the little 30 second montage toward the end

6/10

up next is the first one I haven't ever seen :D

Scooby Doo: Abracadabra-Doo[DOUBLEPOST=1404709020,1404708691][/DOUBLEPOST]so far I really love how the title song has a resemblance to a certain neil diamond song

abracadabra was alright, I'm not exactly sure what to think of it. it was entertaining that was for sure, but this was one of the few that I actually got whodunnit much before they revealed it, it also had a few graphical hiccups that were clearly noticeable. I did like the sidestory with the ice cream vendor guy who was trying to buy the land

6/10

I am not in the mood to watch a darker one rn so I am gonna skip camp scare FOR NOW, I'll watch it later today, also don't really wanna watch the lake monster rn either so same with that.

so now I'm gonna watch Scooby-Doo! Legend of the Phantosaur

this was my first time seeing this one too.

phantosaur is awesome, shaggy has a legit ilness that prevents him from doing anything spooky, so of course somethings gotta happen XD and this one is really funny too, shaky joe in that coffee shop was laugh out loud hilarious. Love the new gps that they introduced recently, it is a great addition to the mystery machine. Velma and her relationship with winsor, the mustard machine, shaggy being brave, first solving the mystery about halfway through again and having the gang mention that it usually takes longer was hilarious, AND THAT MAJOR JURRASIC PARK REFFERENCE OMG, the list of awesome things goes on and on, though there were a few minor flaws, like the lack of a proper chase scene, the awesomes in this movie were so great.
especially when the entire gang becomes shaggy in the end, that was the funniest thing ever
this has taken the top spot as my favorite scooby doo movie

9/10

I guess I'll get camp scare out of the way next, I remember hating this one, I wonder how it will fare now

camp scare was actually pretty funny, the town was almost as haunted as crystal cove XD
and this came out before phantasaur so I guess this should be said for that, another romance for velma?
and basically the same line when they are being taken away at that
and this also came out right after abracadabra doo, and they both have a banshee like creature, they may have gotten a bit lazy there

overall, an ok scooby film 6.5/10

25 down, 6 to go

curse of the lake monster is next, haven't seen this one yet[DOUBLEPOST=1404767342,1404766767][/DOUBLEPOST]theres something that really disturbs me about these new live action ones

maybe it's the brown haired Fred
or the Asian Velma
or that scooby's cgi is really bad
or that shaggy is just...idek

maybe all of that
I love how the one time they actually try to unmask the baddy right away, it isn't actually unmaskable
it was really hilarious when fred and daphne disguise themselves using their traditional outfits
shaggy is sorta painful to hear, especially when he sings with that voice omg it's really terrible. The last song is ok because he is not using his shaggy voice, but that first song is unbearable

and i realized what I don't like about these so much, it's because they change/break the backstory of the scooby doo universe, and not necessarily for the better

final 5!

music of the vampire is up next!

It's weird seeing them go through the whole process in a mere 20 minutes, after watching so many movies in a row, having a full hour for them to do it became the norm
