I too have committed the cardinal sin of only watching the first episode of Cowboy Bebop and giving up on the series, DESPITE knowing that it is the epitome of the rule "You must watch five episodes of something before you can know what an anime is all about."

Well to give you a sense of scale, my records show I have 169 hours or so of film to watch, including the discs for "Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt", "Puella Magi Madoka Magica", "Paprika", "MARIA HOLIC", "Paranoia Agent", "Serial Experiments LAIN". That time figure doesn't include the hours from shows I've got marked as 'of interest' for Crunchyroll streaming. ("Attack on Titan", "Coppelion", "Beyond the Boundary", "Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet", "Gingitsune: Messenger Fox of the Gods", "Mysterious Girlfriend X", "Sunday Without God", "Valvrave the Liberator", "Humanity Has Declined", "Outbreak Company", "Kill La Kill", "The Devil Is a Part-Timer!")
I also apparently have 4589 hours of games to play, and 1780 hours of reading to get through.
I've got a bit of a backlog to deal with

We just finished watching the anime Planetes; really really good anime about a really relevant real-world topic. I'd most heartily recommend it!

I've been watching the Yu-Gi-Oh! dub every day after class until dinner for the past few days.

we're gonna try to make it through duelist kingdom and battle city, but i dunno if we can stand a ghost of a chance of finishing before getting distracted by something else.

I got to the very very end of battle city, when yami is facing down with evil badguy whatshisname. that was dedication.

I think the most recent thing I watched was the Daily Lives of Highschool Boys.

...Again. It is flawless.

I'm watching Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood and Persona 4: The Animation.

I haven't watched the original Fullmetal Alchemist show. And I can't play Persona 4 since I don't have a PS2 or a Vita.

Brotherhood's ending is a million times better so it's ok

(Although they skip over a lot of early stuff because the first anime covered that and they don't want to be redundant so for the full story just watch both and/or read the manga)

FMA:B is 100/10 tho

P4A is kind of awkwardly paced. If you ever get the chance to play the game, really really do it it's the only way to really appreciate it

I agree re: FMA. I loved the manga but haven't seen the first FMA, so I would suggest that. :)
