^Nah, the neighbors just need to pull down their blinds. Those displays work by having a low-power radio transmitter play the song that the lights sync to on a loop. You have to be nearby with a radio tuned to the right frequency to hear the music.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"
