I can't think of many... but memorable ones for me off the top of my head include...
Agent Smith (Matrix Trilogies)
The Joker (both of them - Batman and The Dark Knight)
Captain Barbossa and Davy Jones (Pirates of the Caribbean movies)
Magneto (X-Men)
Loki (The Avengers)
Hmmm if I remember any others, I will be back...
What about yours?

She lives in the clouds and talks to the birds...
Happiest faerie of VGF.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

York/Yuddy (Days of Being Wild) - Going out on a limb with the term "villain" with this one, but he's an unsympathetic character and Leslie Cheung's performance is my single favorite acting performance ever.
Hans Landa (Inglourious Basterds)
Aya Koike (Love Exposure)
White Lotus Cult (Once Upon a Time in China II)
Asia the Invincible (Swordsman II)
Todd (Scott Pilgrim vs. the World)
Bill (Kill Bill)
Gogo Yubari (Kill Bill)
Johnny (Hard Boiled)
Crazy (Just One Look)
MISTER TWISTER (Ip Man 2)
Bak Mei/Pai Mei (Fist of the White Lotus)
Lord Matsudaira (13 Assassins)
Lee Woo-jin (Oldboy)

Haggard, from 'The Last Unicorn'. He's so strange and terrible and sad. Voiced by Christopher Lee, who knocks it clear out of the park.
Man. I love that movie.

Norman Bates from Psycho
Frankenstein's Monster

Also Gollum, because he looks very much like Lindsay Lohan

Biff Tannen (Back To The Future) - Really, how can you not love this guy!? The first time you see him, and he's complaining about him wrecking a car, and he's saying it's the car owners fault, and the car owner wasn't even there! He's such an ass, but he's so awesome! This dude is just great!
Strickland (Back To The Future) - I don't know why, he's just awesome!
The guy with the really cool sounding voice that always plays a villain of some sort (I don't know his real name, he played the villain in The Famous Jett Jackson: The Movie). He's probably a really good dude in real life, but, damn he always plays a good villain! It's like having Ray Liotta playing a good guy, it can work, but, he's so much more loveable as the villain!!!!!!!!!
