Anyone seen this new cartoon on Disney Channel? It's about this twin brother and sister whose parents send them to Gravity Falls, where their uncle owns the Mystery Shack. They run into all kinds of strange things going on in this town.

I personally like it. It reminds me of Regular Show and Phineas and Ferb.

the only reason i know it's a thing is because neil cicierega was asked to make a theme song for it

I watched the first episode and loved it. Adventure Time, Regular Show, MAD, Phineas and Ferb, this, Thundercats, Young Justice, Korra..

I remember thinking just a few years ago that there was pretty much a drought of good cartoons.

imma bump dis because all of my good friends are suddenly into it and going on about how awesome it is so i guess i have to watch it

Out of curiosity, what makes you guys like it? I get the vibe it's kind of Adventure Time-y in that the people who like one tend to like the other but, other than that I'm clueless. gimme some deets yo

okay i've seen all the episodes and i am a HUGE huge fan of this. it's so great i just want to watch it forever. it's like regular show with all the paranormal nonsense, and all the foreshadowing is cool and it's hilarious and adorable and well animated and just all around great

i'm tired of dipper's love for wendy though

But seriously, I wish they'd do something a little more exciting than "Dipper tries to hang out with Wendy but Robbie gets in the way". But given how last week's episode went, that's probably gonna happen.

Oh yes, I saw this whilst my sisters were watching Disney. I'm surprised they're putting out a cartoon of such quality on a channel that's been suffering with a lack of good cartoons (save for Phineas and Ferb I guess... I never really got into that show). I hope this is a sign of things to come with Disney, I love this show as well.

Phineas and Ferb is pretty good, but it gets old really quick. The specials and movies are definitely worth watching, though.

Yeah, the part where it got old quick is what caused me to loose interest. The whole same formula for every episode is pretty bland to me.

I couldn't make it through one episode of Phineas and Ferb, it just had literally nothing about it that stuck out to me

Gravity Falls looks like it has potential though. Hmmmmmm.

I just learned that Rumble McSkirmish was animated by the same person who did the sprites for the Scott Pilgrim game.

I thought it looked pretty similar to SP, but now I know for sure.

The Dipper/Wendy plot was just same potatoes, but an otherwise decent episode. It's nice to see Candy again. I kinda like her.
