So yeah cartoons, there are a lot of them, some are awesome and some suck, but this is the most awesome animated series ever and we should all worship it.
We should also really hope that Legend of Korra is as awesome as it looks like it is going to be.

Seriously who doesn't at least really enjoy this series? Toph alone is reason enough.

Awesome show.
I'm a bit of a soft touch in general, but I'm pretty sure Iroh's segment from 'Tales of Ba Sing Se' was the first time I cried while watching what is ostensibly a children's cartoon. That's some strong stuff there.

I have not actually seen the show in a while. I recall the show using story arcs, which will make it hard to just jump in wherever I want. The logical option is to start from the pilot, which I just don't have the time for.
