Mare Do Well should return in a future episode maybe next season or near the end of this one [spoiler] though somepony other than the main six should be under the mask, keeping them guessing the whole episode as to which of them has put the cotume back on, and then near the end it's discovered who has taken their place as the mysterious masked hero.

Which IMO should be Trixie, as yet another twist.[/spoiler]

I think out of all the "bad" characters that should come back, Giilda is it..they can do a lot with her as a character

If Gilda comes back, I think she should be even worse than she was before. Mostly just to piss off the leatherpantsers.
