From the folks who brought you Coraline:

According to Wikipedia:
In the comedy thriller, a small town comes under siege by zombies. Only misunderstood local boy Norman, who is able to speak with the dead, is able to prevent the destruction of the town. In addition to the zombies, he'll have to take on ghosts, witches and, worst of all, moronic grown-ups, to save his town from a centuries-old curse. But this young ghoul whisperer may find his paranormal activities pushed to their otherworldly limits.
It's coming out August 17, next year.

I really enjoyed it! I thought some of the dialogue was a little too "We're trying to be edgy, can you tell??", but other than that, it was very funny and very well-executed.
The villain was SO COOL. The design of the little girl with the electricity and everything was seriously, seriously awesome.
It's amazing how much they did with traditional stop motion animation. Even the motion blurs were sculpted.
