I have no mouth, and I must scream. Or swear.

Anyway, since it's my birthday, I shall post this old animation I did in the DSi's Flipnote Studio. Enjoy.

Gonna go party now.
I really dug that, congrats on working out a decent animation.

A classic case of Brockism.

^ Thanks, man. I would do more if it didn't involve sucking up numerous hours of my time to make one. Drawing all those frames isn't as much fun as it sounds.

After all the crap I've posted, this is the only one where you think it's been done before?

I must be more original than I thought.

WHO KNOWS

Anyway, comic. I couldn't think of anything better that day. Too busy partying.

Must suck to take Facebook pics with a camera like that if you're Brock. Or Majin Buu. Or Gin Ichimaru. Or Mog. Or Captain Olimar. Or Pucca. Or Madotsuki. Or the Happy Masks Salesman. Or Buddha.

Or Renee Zellweger.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

Cameras that do that would piss me off. What if I want to take pictures of people with their eyes closed? Pff.

Absolutely. Even video game sprites can take forever to animate, it's very time consuming. More power to you if you can pull it off more frequently, though. That's the type of stuff that will seriously land you some work, they're detailed enough to be a lead rough.

DZ is very young, and he's part of a generation born after the habits of the young were going through some serious changes. Don't be surprised if your stuff is new to a lot of people. If you're not trying to be directly derivative, you're usually in the clear. It's only when you're trying to pitch a marketing concept where you need to be super-obsessed with originality, and that depends on the age range you're appealing to.

Besides, what are we doing as writers and artists besides reassembling concepts that we have learned? Pretty much every classic anything is incredibly derivative, but in a subtle way. Everyone cites inspiration.

[quote="Val about whacka's bump]It's from the Paper Mario series. It's a cute little mole who happens to be the last member of his species. If you hit him on the head"]

Wrong. PM1 whacka says the last time you hit him before he never comes back that he's moving away because of all of the abuse.

Dunno about 2 and Super though-- didn't play those ones five zillion times like I did the first one. :{P

Epicwin comics AS, btw
