I cried. So hard.
Just... Man.
[spoiler]everything at the end just got progressively more sobs from me, and each time he let an individual toy go it got harder and harder to cry quietly. Jesus. D: [/spoiler]
But it was also hilarious. And
[spoiler]Lots'o Huggin' Bear[/spoiler]
was the ultimate *******.
Thing that was so touching for me was the idea of letting go of what we love in order to let others enjoy it, and on the other side of that, the idea of loyalty and unconditional love. When all is said and done, the ending was an emotional cluster****.

JESUS CHRIST THIS MOVIE MAN
[spoiler]Cried when Andy hugged his mother and she said he never wanted to leave him. Tears welled up when Woody said he had to go to leave Bonnie's to save his friends or something. Cried when they were all heading down towards the furnace and they grabbed each other's hand. Cried harder when Andy was giving Bonnie the toys.
Also, that peapod toy and the doll named Dolly were so adorable. ;w;[/spoiler]

[spoiler]It's been almost two weeks since I saw it so it's kind of hard to remember, but I think the shirt the garbageman was wearing was supposed to be a major hint. Aside from that and the way he treats toys, there's also the fact that the character is credited as "Sid" and that he's voiced by the same person who voiced Sid in the original Toy Story had. So either it's the same character, or a bizarre coincidence.[/spoiler]

IF YOU DIDN'T CRY DURING THIS MOVIE YOU ARE HUMAN FILTH
seriously the best pixar movie, maybe behind wall-e but BARELY
also, Pixar is good at 3D, they don't treat it like a gimmick and throw stuff in your face for kicks, so shut up sim kid!!!!
e: my only real complaints are that the villian is sort of just a retread of the last villian (the prospector), although to be fair he is still really really good.
also the spanish buzz joke was really funny but it seems like they were aiming for making it a running joke but then realized "oh wait he is only relevant to the story for like 15 minutes tops" and just crammed him in as much as possible during those 15 minutes (still funny though).

oh yeah and the big confrontation with the villian was a homage to star wars in the best way : )
