Also the Colonel has a great crowning moment of awesome when
he kicks open the door to the exterior helipad, causing deadly gas to rush into the control room. He shoots a rifle dry into the escaping helicopter. And then unloads his pistol into the helicopter. And then, some guy bring him a mask and he's all like "Okay, fine. I guess I need to breathe."
Thanks for answering that Ace, though I should have been more spacific I ment use of 3D in movies at large. The only movie that I'd reaaly like to see in 3D is Coraline.

I don't plan to ask a grinning bobcat anything.
CAN YOU PAINT WITH ALL THE COLORS OF THE WIND
...Huh? Oh. I got distracted there for a second. Anyway...
We plan to give Avatar a watch soon. Apparently, my family wished to let me know that it was REALLY GOOD.
...Well, this is also the same family that thought Derailed was a good movie, but...eh.

Saw it yesterday IN THE THIRD DEMENSION. Yes, the plot was a bit predictable and in parts there was a blunt allegory of the Iraq War*. But the world-building of everything involved was simply incredible and very immersive, the character development was great, and the ending was epic in every sense of the word.
