Favorite Anime Attacks
Anime is known for having their characters name their attacks, but usually only their special attacks. List and describe some of your favorites here, as well as what they do, why you like them , who performs them, and where it is from.
My four favorites are:
1. 100x Big Bang Kamehameha. A large, blue concentration of energy used for attack. I like it because it is the most powerful ki attack in Dragon Ball. SSj4 Gogeta performs it, and it is from DBZ Tenkaichi 3 (I think).
2. Confuse Ray. A shining, bright, white light performed by using Ghost-Type attacks. It causes Confusion in its foes, making the opponent who attempts an attack of any type have a 50% chance of forcing the user to attack himself. Performed by several PKMN, but it fits Gengar the most, being the original, fully evolved Ghost PKMN with the attack. From Pokemon.
3. Dimension Scream/Universe Breaker. It is an attack capable of destroying the very fabric of the universe. I like it because it is probably the most powerful attack of all. It is performed by Super Buu/Gohan Buu/Buuhan. From DBZ.
4. Pray. A collection of spiritual energy formed from the prayers of lots of different people, capable of vanquishing pure evil. It is performed by Paula from Earthbound.
Hm, some may call me on the Earthbound one, but it had a Japanese manga I believe.

Bleach had a bunch of these in their zanpakuto shikai and bankai. There was one guy with a lulzy ability to double the weight of anything he hits. The coolest (since the Soul Society arc, at which I stopped watching) was Ichigo's bankai, which turns his extremely large sword into a small katana, but increases his speed and attack to ridiculously high levels (e.g. over 9000).

Kir Royale- Kir (a Black Albatross) is Jing's primary source of firepower - when fused onto his right arm, he can fire a large ball of energy aptly named 'Kir Royale,' it should also be noted that although seemingly infinite in power - Kir has shown exhaustion over firing too many in a sequence. In this fused form, Kir can also grant Jing some limited flight. Jing: King of Bandit.

Kir Royale's at 1min and 9:40 min marks.

Not sure if it counts, but since I can't resist the urge to talk about this series, I've gotta mention a finishing blow from Lupin III: Dead or Alive:
Lupin places a bullet firmly between two close branches(?) of nanomachines, jumps back, and throws a knife at the back of it, sending the slug going through the bad guy's head, killing him.
Badass.

I like the part of Cowboy Bebop where Spike shoots people with his gun.
There was also this sweet part in Trigun, where Vash shot some people with his gun.
Coolest, though, had to be this part in Ghost in the Shell where Batou shot a tank with a big gun.

I muttered 'light as a board, stiff as a feather' for 2 days straight and now I've ascended, ;aughing at olympus and zeus is crying

The 4, 9, and 13 caster shells from Outlaw Star were really cool though it's been so long that I can't rember what all of them did, I do know that one was basicaly a damn mini black hole and that all three took life enrgy out of you to use.
Then You have the Spirt Sword from Yu Yu Hakusho, an enrgy blade that can extend to any leingth, shot out of the ground, molded to make diffrent shapes all and all a very useful and adaptible attack.
- You stupid dog.
