Finding Nemo was one of my least favorite Pixar films. Not bad, just not all that memorable. I don't understand why so many people wet their pants over it.

You can't relate to talking cars, but you can relate to talking toys, bugs, fish and rats?

The talking toys is a common child's fantasy, and is creative. Talking creatures is just plain old fantasy.
Talking humanoid cars? Someone needs to be hit.

'Cause no one's ever done sapient cars that the audience sympathizes with before.
Oh wait,
they have.

I like Cars in the sense that it's entertaining, but seemed very shallow compared to other Pixar movies. And I thought Finding Nemo was very good.

I said that the audience sympathizes with, Val. I left out CARR from Stroker & Hoop for the same reason.

Herbie sucks, Transformers are a race of alien robots that may merely disguise themselves AS an assortment of vehicles (and in others installments of the franchise, as animals, ect.), Knight Rider sucks, and I don't know what Go-Bots is (I just scanned your links =| ). But these are just my opinions; they all did fine and people responded well...
Just not me. And I won't respond well to Cars. Humph. *Makes Scrooge sound*

Before Harvy birdman Atturny at Law I was amused with how horribly retro Speed Buggy was to ignore how bad it was.
As for the Go-Bots if I recall right were an offshoot of transformers ment for the preschool age.
Toy Story 3 will probly be fine I just don't expect it to be at the same level as the orignal. I still reserve "I told you so rights" should it bomb horribly.

I didn't like it. I don't like most CG movies. Celebrity voice actors usually blow, and the stories are usually the same sort of stupid family-appropriate adventure I'd expect from Disney. I'd prefer a Lynch-style thriller/mind**** anyday over something so obvious as a Pixar film.

That would just cheapen what is already awesome. It'd be pretty tight, compared to the usual Hollywood shlock, though.
