I watched the MST3K'd version of Santa Claus Conquers the Martians. It was one of those movies that was so bad, the Bots could just barely make it watchable, and luckily, they were great the whole way through.

Have Sword, Will Travel had an exciting conclusion that made up for its boring exposition. David Chiang rocks!

Police Story is still Jackie Chan's best film.

Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film For Theaters. I absolutely love this, for some reason. One of my favorites.
When in Rome, do as the Romans do.
So.....
What happens when Romans feel out of place?

Christmas on Mars
-Suffers from a slow stretch right in the middle, but it starts off very strong for a while, & it ends even stronger. Drozd was great. Needed more Steve Burns, though.

S. Darko
-Didn't hate it, but didn't love it. There were exactly 3 points where I just thought "what the hell are they talking about?" The rest of the movie was decent. There was a nice twist in the middle, not like an M. Night twist, but a good one.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

Kung Fu Panda - 8/10
Much better than Iexpected.

Resdent Evil Apocalype - 8/10
Much better than the first.

Resident Evil Extinction - 7.5/10
Better than the first, but not quite as good as the second.

Rocky Balboa - 8/10
Great movie, and a bit underrated IMO.

"Manos": The Hands of Fate-Boring, stupid, plotless, cheaply-made excuse for a film. The only thing good about it is that the actress playing Maggie was hot. But that's not enough to make it watchable. But subject Joel and the bots to it, and it becomes a comedy classic and the best episode of MST3K. 10/10

^^I disagree, not the best, but one of the best. I laughed for hours about Torgo. I also do a pretty great Torgo impression if I do say so myself.

I recently watched a lame movie on Sci-Fi. I never bothered to learn the name, but it was about crocodiles. I spent the whole movie just sitting there, making fun of it.

I would like to retract my previous statement about Police Story, as fond memories of Project A remind me what Jackie Chan's best movie truly is.

Anyway...

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button - 4/5
Christmas in August - 5/5

I got to go to a drive-in theater tonight for the first time in 14 years! We watched Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian and X-Men Legends: Wolverine. Despite being a big fan of Marvel comics, I didn't like the latter. It was cliched, dull, and Wade was nothing like the legally-insane-merc-with-a-mouth from the comics. 4/10
Battle of the Smithsonian was pretty fun, though. 8/10

^Wade was spot-on.
Deadpool was the failure (remember that he doesn't go full-tilt insane until after the operation). But which secret ending did you get?
Tenacious D and the Pick of Destiny - It made a lot more sense than I was told it would, though everything after the final battle was kinda lackluster.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

You should have done what I did and completely boycott the film.

I dunno. He didn't talk much. Ryan Reynolds could probably play the part really well, provided he got a script that actually did the character justice.

Police Academy 3/5

After 25 years, the formula for comedy is the exact damn same. . . or Same damn exact.
That's awkward.
How about Samdamnxact?
