Batman: The Brave and the Bold

Yes, another Batman Cartoon, except he's it his Old Batman attire.

Could this be an attempt to go back to DC's roots, or an attempt to make a Batman Cartoon that won't piss people off?

Thoughts? (No Cartoon Network Bashing, just the Cartoon)

The Brave and the Bold I am familiar with is a series of crossover comics.

If the show has anything like Supergirl and Lobo, the it can't be bad.

Everytime I see this title, I think of "Bold and the Beautiful". :/

So uh yeah... It doesn't look too interesting.

From the animation style it looks like they're trying to remake the first Batman cartoon(that I know of) which IMO was really awful.

Hmm why not revive batman TAS instead of making a new cartoon? I don't know about the rest of you but Batman TAS was by far my favoret Batman cartoon.

By the "first" Batman cartoon, do you guys mean the one from the 90's? Because I was under the impression that there was a series in the 70's.

Never saw 70's Batman
TAS is the best comic book cartoon ever
Beyond was very good
The Batman's okay, but not as good as TAS or Beyond.
This one looks really good. Looking forward to it.
and that's the waaaaaaaaaay the news goes

TAS was a major part of my childhood.
Beyond was cool, but I didn't watch it all that much.

Everything else I either don't care for or never watched.

Okay, that's what I thought. I have to say, Robin looks better in full leggings than he does in those little green panties.

Batman Beyond was an intresting show and it brings up a point almost never addressed how would Bruce pass on his legacy should he ever grow to old to done the cape and cowl again?

The Batman was intresting, granted I think that TAS did joker better but that aside The Batman was done well I really liked how at first the Gotham PD didn't really trust Batman and activly worked to capture him.

I've never seen the 1970's Batman Cartoon, and while I'm sure it had its own merrits( such as if I heard right Casey Casem voicing robin) well I'd always wodnered where the comments about Batman and Robbins lifestyle came from thanks to said picture I think that I've got a pretty good idea where that came from now.

TAS and Beyond are awesome. I didn't like The Batman much. The first episode of Brave and the Bold was good, so I have high hopes for this show.

I loved how Beyond had jumpbacks to TAS and even switched over the animation styles when Bruce would look into his past (which were the TAS events).
