In your videos you are getting closer and closer...keep practicing at making videos and sometime soon you will hit something really good. Good video editting software + rehearsal + tripod + better acting = Really good. You have tried to play off the speaking parts as though you are in everyday life. That's your mistake. You want to elaborate on the speaking parts and be serious about it. You also want to project your voices too. You guys are on the right track though so good job!

Thanks WVSW, I'm actually working on a new thing that I hope is semi-professional, I'm going to have a script and rehearsal and maybe better actors if I can find some.

as for editing I'm using IMovie, it's a decent program better then windows Movie Maker, but I'm not ready to dish out $60+ Dollars for something like Sony Vegas.

Any other advice?

Create a common theme for your channel. Look at other youtubers and notice how they do their movies. I'm questioning whether you are ready for this as you guys are quite young and you probably don't have a decent camera. Leave your home too and go out into the city! You live in Chicago! Lot's of inspiration there.

Here's some to look at for inspiration.

YouTube - davelehre's Channel

YouTube - asathecomic's Channel

These two are what you want to become. Maybe you guys should break away from the whole video game thing as well.
