1. I can't call something I don't like crap? I thought that was, you know, part of not liking it, that you think it's crap. Thank you for clearing this up.

2. See: Pitcher post.
Demonicus Prime wrote:Well, if the "quality" you're talking about includes the Force Unleashed, Ep. III, The original Clone Wars, and the prequels in general, then I'm all for this.

Don't jump on the "oh the prequels suck" bandwagon. The only reason people liked the original trilogy better is because half the people that bitch were 6 when they first saw it.
I'm not saying they're bad for bandwagon purposes. III's definitely an 8/10, and II's somewhere between 6 and 7. I didn't like I at all though besides action sequences. The video games are awesome, I've gotta admit that. (Especially KOTOR, Battlefront II, Lego Star Wars, and Jedi Knight) And Clone Wars was an awesome series.

As with Gale, I'm mainly focusing on his latest efforts, such as Indy IV (which you cannot convince me is good. That's not nostalgic either. I didn't like Temple of Doom at all either) and 3D Clone Wars

But yeah, there is some nostalgic factor for the original trilogy. Though III's about the same as VI in my book.
and that's the waaaaaaaaaay the news goes

I'm confused as to why that confusion would warrant a rototiller ass-beating.

I didn't like Temple of Doom too much. Nowhere as good as Raiders. And thinking I heard you compare it to the original Star Wars and bring it the victor sent me into a movie nerd's rage.

Hmm. You took that differently than how I intended that to be heard. Wasn't being sarcastic.

Irregardless,

There may be some nostalgia factor in liking the original trilogy but to suggest that the 'prequels' are of higher cinematic quality is ridiculous.

Han Solo is the entire reason for the Original Trilogy's success.
Why is it drug addicts and computer afficionados are both called users?

Because I mean, the storyline layed out by the Vader-Luke relationship or the eventual overthrow of the Emperor, or any other part of the story had nothing to do with it.

And like I said, the only reason people think 4-6 are better is because of nostalgia.
When in Rome, do as the Romans do.
So.....
What happens when Romans feel out of place?

It could be good if done with episodes like this

1. An episode about Boba Fett becoming a Bounty Hunter, and for him to be a major character.

2. Alot of episodes about Darth Vader, just being awesome.

3. A 4-part story about Galen Marek/ Starkiller/ The Apprentice being trained.

^To the first, yes, Boba's story could be further explored, but if I'm not mistaken there has been a lot of Expanded Universe material doing just that. An episode/arc would be interesting, though. As to Vader, they're sure to use him a ****load, and to the third, eh, nah, Starkiller is pretty adequately explored in Force Unleashed. It'd be kind of overkill to squeeze the character dry.

That the prequels are lousy is old news.

This 'anyone who thinks the prequels are lousy is just looking at the past through the rosy-tinted glasses of halcyon days gone by' line of crap is new news.

I meant, their acting in general, not necessarily between each other.
