The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya
Lucky Star
Rozen Maiden
Anyway, I'm positive that there's another anime or two that I've seen completely, but I guess I'm starting over as of two months ago. I won't include any I've only seen some of when I was young, or only one episode of, 'cause that'd be quite a lot.

Oh, and I probably saw all of Dragon Ball Z when I was young. I friggin' loved that show.

Finished:

GANTZ
Cowboy Bebop

Next to Watch:

Samurai Pizza Cats
Code Geass R1
Outlaw Star
Azumanga Daioh
Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann
Neon Genesis Evangelion
Welcome to the NHK!
Elfen Lied

I have a much larger list, but I decided to just post a handful.

Lately, I've been sort of watching relaxing anime series, like those slice-of-life ones; don't really know why. =/

Don't care to list them, since I never got into all of the 'out there' series (Such as whatever the **** Chunky is spamming) and remember the last few I watched being mainly stuff like Basilisk and Samurai 7. I saw Death Note, and fondly remember FMA and Rurouni Kenshin, as well as Case Closed. Among the manga I perused were Vagabond and a couple of issues of Blade of the Immortal. I all but stopped reading and watching after Death Note, however. I plan to try some other stuff eventually, but for now, eh.

Gale, I know people who aren't really into anime that liked TTGL. Don't call it 'out there'.
