I do the same thing you do when i'm not doing missions. It's so fun to pop peoples tires, and just destroying cars. One time i used a rocket launcher on a row of cars in the street and it was like a chain reaction of explosions and fire. Great GREAT fun when you're bored.

Driving around on motorbikes is one of my favorite things to do. Sometimes I'll go after anyone else on a motorbike and shoot at them. One point if you pop its tires, two points if you manage to shoot the driver off without damaging the rest of the car.

Also trying to get into Fort Baxter with a helicopter, walk around for a few minutes and managing to get out alive without using cheats. It's pretty damn hard, but I've done it. The worst thing is that they'll shoot at your helicopter like there's no tomorrow, and if it blows up, you're stuck there. Once I only just got out of the base and my helicopter started flaming. I jumped out and ran for it. I made it out with 5 health.

And screwing around, popping tires or heads, is also pretty fun.

Of course hiting people on motorbikes (with cars) is a thrill too. But alas, that fails to comapre with hitting golf carts. Those things flip and bounce around like mad.

Also I like trying a few jumps. I love it when you run towards a car while doing a wheelie and you jump it like it was a ramp. It's kinda hard to get it, though. You have to be at the right place at the right time at the right angle.

Oh yeah, I like doing that too. I once stole a cop boat. It was hard.

i also like stealing a bus and driving full speed knocking everything and one out of my way. i like to drive big armored stuff and just start knocking cars out of the way. and i once took a bus over a leap...........it went straight through the amunation shop(glitch), its the biggest jump located near the northest bridge. can't pin point exact location. it was funny and fun, didn't get hurt, bus didn't catch on fire, and i was able to get out of the bus to the inside of the shop.
