PM:TTYD, Wind Waker, and Sunshine make my top 10, though I'd have to look at what Nintendo published during that period to be sure.

Mother 3 and Prime 1 are great but they might not actually make my top 10, Nintendo put out a lot of great games in the 2000's.

'Brawl' and 'Wind Waker' are definitely in my top ten from the 2000s. Those are the only two off that list I've played extensively.

Played: Galaxy, Eternal Darkness, Brawl, Prime, Wind Waker, & Sunshine.
Watched: Mother 3, Pikmin, HGSS
Among my favorites: Brawl, Eternal Darkness
