I think the main thing is the cops being smarter and less aggressive than they are in GTA3. In real life, when you accidentally bump a cop car, they don't get out, open the door to your car, throw you onto the hard asphault, and start kicking the sh|t out of you until you're bleeding out your ears and leave you for dead, for rival gangs to feast on your pitiful, defenseless corpse. The worst thing that could happen in real life is being jailed for life for first degree murder when the cop sees that red liquid oozing out of your trunk... :D

Also, how stupid is it to just throw your car at a tank that has blown countless SWAT cars to pieces before your very eyes?

And there is a cheat that allows you to change characters, though it's not quite what you described Image . It allows you to change into any character that already exists in Liberty City, except for mission-givers. However, DO NOT do this cheat before the drive-by mission given to you by the Red Jacks in Sideshore Vale. If you do, there will be no Nines to kill. And as for the Gore cheat, when you do it, there will be no confirmation of it, but to test that you did it right, just snipe someone in the head or shoot someone with a bazooka or grenade. If their head pops off, or if they blow to pieces, then you know you did it right. I would tell you these cheats, but I can't find them right now. Maybe I'll find them tomorrow.
