Good sniper spots?

No, but in Staunton Island I hang out on top of the AMCO building. The only weapons worth using up there are the AK, the sniper, the grenades, the molotovs, and the rocket launcher. And yes, the coppers in their choppers can see you and shoot you, but I just blast em w/ the rocket launcher, and then put in the full armor cheat. Under the bridge by Asuka's. Every once in a while, a couple cops or (rarely) FBI agents will fall down there, but there's no need to worry about vehicles. It's funny to watch cops fall from the sky into the ocean.

I do it from a little shop on the second island. Input decapitation code and it gets really fun. Cops can't get you, neither can army or FBI. So if you are carefull, you can stay there forever. That's where I got my first, tank.

From your hideout on the second island go right. Go straight untill you hit the bridge to the first island(sorry I forgot the names.) If you continue going straight, (bridge will be to your left) you'll see light blueish glass store to your left. Smash right through it with your car, go to the second storie of the store. This is your perfect sniping spot.
