Have you played Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards?
What are your favourite powers?
Which Boss was the most difficult?

Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards is a side-scrolling platformer similar to previous games in the Kirby series.[1] Its story begins when Dark Matter invades Ripple Star, a planet populated by fairies. The fairy Ribbon flees with a sacred crystal, but Dark Matter shatters it and spreads it across the galaxy. Ribbon lands on Pop Star and meets Kirby, who agrees to help retrieve the shards and defeat Dark Matter.[2][3] Along the way, they enlist the help of artist Adeleine, King Dedede, and Dedede's minion Waddle Dee, after each of them stumble upon a crystal shard and end up being possessed by Dark Matter, forcing Kirby to battle each of them in order to free them from the Dark Matter's influence.

This is my favorite Kirby game, tied with the original Game Boy entry. This one has the most fun gimmick with the powerup combinations and I just really enjoy the N64 aesthetic.

'Kirby 64' is the game that got me into 2.5D platformers (I had previously played 'Pandemonium', which was putrid). Don't remember how far I got------------never beat it, I remember that much.

I bought it the summer it came out, when I was up at camp teaching archery. Which was the combination where Kirbs turns into a bow that shoots flaming arrows, Fire/Pointy? That was the favourite.

...thing that got the most traction up at camp were the mini-games. We would do that block-dropping one for hours. And we had SSB, we had PD and MK64 and all, clearly we weren't hurting for multiplayer stuff. The block-dropping game was just that good.

God I love that commercial LMAO, gremlin Kirby is my favorite Kirby. (but then again I like gremlin characters in general, usually)

But man, I remember renting this game back in the day, until I finally was able to buy it. I did manage to beat the game back then, but never figured out how to 100% it. Thankfully, I did manage to do it when I got it on Wii Virtual Console!

But hmmm, the hardest boss for me, huh? Probably the lava boss. I find a lot of his attacks really tight and difficult to dodge. The fire breath attack, I thought was undodgeable until I found out that you had to walk close to the boss and duck under the fire breath.

Oh yeah, and my favorite power up was Electric + Cutter. BEAM SWORDS, YEEAAAAA O3O
