I understood that, but it made no sense whatsoever. What the hell did you do, pull out a thesaurus and scan it for words that you could try to force together like a circle into a square peg, so as to make yourself seem like a pseudo-intellectual when you're obviously talking out of your ass and have no clue what you're ranting about? A word of advice, buddy: leave the intellectual discussions until you're twelve.Originally posted by Coke Addict:
^Tub seems to be very much a stubborn jerk who thinks that his thoughts are superior to others IMO; and April fools jokes can go to far to the point of pissing people off. But my last post was very much subjective and didn't acknowledge the creation of the new Mod forum above this forum, but some of my other posts in this forum wanted this to be an actual April fools forum.
Yes, the ethnic conflict is now resolved, with an actual forum for mods only; so it's useless to try and complain anyway, this is now officially a SPAM forum that isn't very much tied with the N-Gage like the other forum a while back, which makes this forum cooler.
Now, to dispel your irrational logic in whatever part of your posts made sense:
- First off, an ethnic conflict is strictly a conflict between two different races or, say, tribes. We moderators aren't of different nationalities, or different tribes, than regular members, we merely have a position of power. Now, the relationship between "moderators" and "cheapskates" is not based on ethnicity, rather it's a relationship based on one's authority over the other. Thus, saying that there is an ethnic conflict between "moderators" and "cheapskates" is comparable to saying that the Russian Communist revolution against the Tsar was an ethnic conflict; which it wasn't, it was an issue of authority, which it also would be in this case if there was an issue, which there isn't. This invalidates your first post, which, by default, invalidates your second post (at least the second paragraph), because it's based on the same logic (well, I probably shouldn't call that logic, since logic is meant to be logical) as the first and makes strong references to it.
- Second, there never was a conflict in the first place. I have no idea what the hell you're talking about.
- Third, how the hell is that ironic anyway? Do you even know what that word means?
- The admins aren't using this as a joke to deliberately piss the mods off, because it's actually the mods who are using this as a joke to deliberately piss the members off. Ha, ha. Get it?
- "..how is this remotely intended to piss the mods off? This is to see how many low members wet their pants. Idiot." Yes, well Tub's certainly being stubborn there. Jesus Christ. Don't tell me you don't know what "stubborn" means. I'll clear it up for you: someone who's stubborn, at least in terms of a debate, is someone who utterly refuses to see other's point of view and clings on to their own beliefs unflinchingly, and refuses to acknowledge that some of the other's points might be right even if it's pretty obvious, even in an objective discussion with objective opinions, that they may be right (don't take this to mean that the other one has to agree with you constantly). Also, a stubborn person will in general refuse to admit their own faults. That is stubborness. Apparently you think that Tub was being stubborn because he didn't think that your points were correct. I think that Tub wasn't being stubborn, because you didn't have any valuable points.
- "But my last post was very much subjective and didn't acknowledge the creation of the new Mod forum above this forum, but some of my other posts in this forum wanted this to be an actual April fools forum."
1. Erm... who questioned your subjectivity anyway? No one, as far as I recall.
2. What the hell? How is your post's subjectivity related in any way with your acknowledgement of the "new Mod forum above this forum?" That makes no sense.
3. Also, try to take that comma out and put a period in its stead, because those connected sentences have nothing to do with each other. In fact, don't just put a period in between the two sentences, put them in two entirely different paragraphs, as they represent entirely different points (if you can call them points; points are supposed to make a point; yours don't).
- One thing I do agree with you on, however, is that this is a spam forum (if that point was completely unrelated to anything else in that paragraph. In fact, everything in your second post was completely unrelated to everything). However, it's only gonna last a few more days (if that much), so I suggest taking advantage of it. Besides, if you were a well-liked and well-respected member and you cared to post in a spam forum, which you obviously do, because you called this forum "cool," you would have access into Nameless. However, since you're not a well-liked nor a well-respected member, you don't. The fact that no one really likes you enough to advocate your entrance into Nameless says enough, although I don't like to pass judgment in this manner because some mature and intelligent members are outside of members (which makes sense, no ?). However, you are not one of these members, because those two posts of yours have given me undeniable proof that you are a moron.
And yes, I realize I'm a cranky bastard right now, so there's no need to remind me. Now go away and leave me alone, and try not to corrupt the gene pool with your faulty genetic material while you're at it. Have a nice day .
