The Fall of Bleach: How It Happened

I found this video to be very interesting, especially since I watched Bleach for quite a while on Adult Swim.

It basically explains how Bleach went from an industry giant to falling so hard that Kubo was given three chapters to wrap up a series that has been ongoing for years.
MOST of it talks about the manga but there is some mention of the anime so I thought putting it here would be fine. If I'm wrong feel free to move it.
The inner weavings of media has always interested me, whether it be about video games, movies, animation pretty much anything. So seeing why this series sort of flopped is... well, it's not something that's going to be too obvious. As someone who watched Bleach and enjoyed it for a while I have to say that it's disappointing to see it end this way. Though I also know people were getting tired of it wasting character potential and making hundreds of new characters rather than expanding on old ones. But hey I stopped watching mid way through the Bount Arc in the anime. I think I got tired of the filler being tossed at me constantly. I checked in on an episode about 400 episodes later and apparently all the swords came to life somehow? I don't know...
But, hey, Bleach. Anyone remember it? Sad that it's gone? Don't care?
