VILLAINS STOP HUGGING GOHAN 2K16

Thought of another one. Tales of Symphonia (i know this is a video game but WHATEVER THERE'S A **** ANIME SO IT COUNTS):
  • Colette thinks that Remiel is her blood father. She's kind of messed up about it, until Lloyd tells her that she's still her, nothing has changed, and she should feel lucky for having TWO dads rather than just one.
  • Lloyd finds out that Kratos is his blood father. He's REALLY messed up about it, until Colette tells him that he's still him, nothing has changed, and to remember that despite his wrongdoings Kratos had also helped them. And now Lloyd has TWO dads rather than just one.

Luke Skywalker losing his hand to Vader in ESB. Then in ROTJ he cuts off Vader's hand and then looks at his robot hand, suffering the horrible epiphany that he's becoming as angry as his father.

In Jurassic Park, Allan Grant's introduction starts with him telling people that birds evolved from dinosaurs. This was met with laughter and chuckles. At the end of the movie, Allan looks outside of the helicopter and sees a pelican flying. This suggests that dinosaurs aren't really dead. While scientists tried to revive something that was extinct, they still live around us in other forms. So the real miracle is evolution itself.

Most of the characters in the Matrix have last lines in The Matrix Revolutions that more or less sums up their development. Mr. Smith, being a nihilist, says "It's not fair." Neo says, "It was inevitable," signifying how he's not afraid anymore of giving up his free will, since in the first movie he said he doesn't like the fact that he's not in control of his destiny. Morpheus says, "Is this real?" which is ironic because he was introduced by telling Neo what was real and what wasn't.
