Kevin Conroy as Batman and Mark Hamill as Joker. The rest are interchangable as far as I am concerned.

Heath Ledger and Jack Nicholson are basically two different takes on the Joker and do excellent jobs
otherwise Michael Keaton for everyone else. Yes, including Robin and Catwoman.

I don't get the love for Heath Ledger. Jim Carrey was clearly the better Riddler.

I can't look at Ledger's Joker without seeing Ennis Del Mar.

I don't have enough Batman exposure to have an informed opinion on the matter, but I will post this.

That's true, Bale was a better Wayne. His douchery came natural, being a rich jackoff helped him identify.

^^I never thought of it that way. So true. Bale's Batman was too much of a thug rather than some terrifying omen that couldn't be put down. Michael Keaton was a good actor but they did a different take on Bruce Wayne - the Tim Burton take. They changed Bruce Wayne's personality a lot by making him a despondent, quirky and offbeat kind of guy.
Michael Gough had this subtley I really liked. I love Michael Caine but I felt like. . .I dunno. I don't know how to put it other than just saying I liked Gough better.
I'm not familiar with the Adam West Batman sadly. I only saw the movie like once in the past decade. Julie Newmar was hot though. Raaawwwrrr. But Pfeiffer really pulled off Catwoman's darkside. I like Anne Hathaway too, but she was a different Catwoman. She was more like the very first version of Catwoman in the comics who didn't have a messed up backstory and was just a femme fatale, more like Newmar.
Jim Carrey played off The Riddler too much like The Joker. In fact, they just pulled off Two-Face and The Riddler too much like The Joker in Batman Forever; they were both nearly as goofy and didn't have very good distinctions between the two.

My memory is fuzzy on certain characterizations and honestly I've only seen a few of the movies myself but here are my picks:
Batman - Michael Keaton
Robin - Chris O'Donnell
Catwoman - Michelle Pfeiffer
The Penguin - Danny DeVito
Alfred - Michael Caine
The Joker - Heath Ledger
The Riddler -
David Tennant Jim Carrey (he's the only Riddler I've had exposure to, so I can't really say for the others)
and no, Tennant did not play any sort of Riddler role that I know of
