My favorites are Daenerys Targaryen and Samwell Tarly (think that's his name, the fat guy in the nights watch)

The Hound, of course.
Tyrion and Arya are pretty cool, too. Also Jorah Mormont, and Davos Seaworth. Ooh, and Brienne, hardcore. [spoiler]That fight between Brienne and the Hound at the end of S4 was hard to watch. It was like, 'hey, stop beating on each other-----you are best characters, I don't want to take sides'. (Also the fight was just brutal anyway.)[/spoiler]
I also really like Tywin Lannister and Petyr Baelish as villains. They are great bad guys.

idk who Cersei is by name, but I do like Joffrey.
my least favorite would probably be that guy that [spoiler] get's tortured on an X thing for like over a season. I have no idea his name.
